The Brief

Teams play across a life-size Monopoly-style board, trying to build the most profitable underground business network by acquiring and controlling unregulated operations — from a pirated streaming network to a black-market pharmacy. Every square carries its own risk level, and unlike traditional Monopoly, ownership is never guaranteed.

Organisers play alongside everyone else in the role of the 'Cop' — landing on a team's owned operation seizes it instantly, with zero refund. Safe House tokens and Legal Cover cards offer one-time protection, but every purchase is a bet on how much risk is worth taking.

The game runs five rounds, with two surprise raids after round three and round five. The team with the highest surviving net worth — cash, owned operations and bonus assets combined — wins.

Core Rules
  • Underground Operations Can Be Purchased — landing on an unowned operation lets a team buy it; cost, rent and risk level all vary by operation.
  • Rent Collection — landing on another team's operation means paying rent to its owner.
  • Ownership Is Never Fully Secure — organisers double as law enforcement; landing on an operation seizes it, no refund.
  • Protection Is Possible — one-time Safe House and Legal Cover cards can shield a team from a raid or seizure.
