The Brief

Teams act as covert trading networks, transporting valuable goods across a circuit of eight checkpoints — customs codebreakers, price-shock calculations, a black-market sudoku, a supply-chain crossword and more — each framed as a different trade obstacle standing between their cargo and a safe delivery.

Every good carries its own value: luxury replicas score high, electronics sit at medium value, restricted goods carry the highest risk and reward, and basic goods stay low-value but safe. Clearing a checkpoint moves the goods forward; failing one means they're seized on the spot.

The goal isn't simply to finish first — it's to come out with the highest surviving inventory value and the strongest checkpoint success rate.

Core Rules
  • Every Good Has Value — assigned goods range from safe basics to high-risk, high-reward restricted items.
  • Every Checkpoint Has a Time Limit — around 5 minutes each; an incomplete challenge means the linked goods are seized.
  • No Skipping Checkpoints — all 8 stations must be cleared, in any order the team chooses.
  • Stay Within Your Team — interfering with other teams or leaking puzzle answers risks penalties or confiscation.
  • Speed Isn't Everything — the winner is decided by surviving inventory value, not who finishes first.
